I started my journey to wellness 20 years ago and could barely jog a few steps. I understand what its like to take the first step on this path and create a fulfilling fitness practice that is sustainable and enjoyable long-term. The path will be different for everyone. The goals are to find what works for you through a process of discovery, and to support and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
My guiding principles are taken from the cornerstone of positive psychology known as PERMA. PERMA stands for 5 elements of well-being that define a state of flourishing i.e. the good life: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning, and Achievement which will guide our work together every step of the way to create well-being for long-term, and sustainable results.
